Chief Executive Officer
Warren is a senior executive in traditional and Digital Media, Product, Sales and Marketing with a long track record of successfully building Digital businesses. He is obsessively focused on customer needs and architecting strategy, teams and go-to market plans to win in disrupted and hyper-competitive marketplaces. He is a partner and collaborator deeply rooted in business discipline while keenly focusing on innovating and motivating teams and partners to drive excellent outcomes.
Most recently, as Group Vice President Digital Sales, Spectrum Reach he developed the budget process, operational metrics, organizational design, and go-to market strategy for the newly formed 75-person Digital Sales organization across 90+ markets combining resources from Charter, Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks. The group delivered over $100M in Digital Advertising revenue in their first year of operation.
Prior to that, Warren served as Group Vice President Digital Products & Business Development at Time Warner Cable Media where he closely partnered with Sales, Technology and Operations teams to develop and deploy Digital advertising products. His team launched over 16 offerings, including TV Ads Everywhere, the industry’s first multi-screen OTT, VOD hybrid video offering, Digital Addressability, an online addressable ad solution using unique ISP targeting capabilities, data driven ad solutions utilizing a custom in-house data management platform and TWC’s Programmatic Ad Sales.
His Business Development group focused on driving new and incremental ad revenue for Political Advertising, Multi-screen and remnant media; short and long form direct response advertising.
At Gannett Broadcasting he developed a next generation model for the evolution of National Spot television sales and built Gannett Television Media Sales with annual revenues of $450M. As he transitioned to Digital Media back in the day, he created and implemented the Gannett Broadcasting convergence strategy and reached profitability in online advertising in 3 years. As part of the Gannett Futures Group, he was responsible for identifying new, emerging businesses and investment opportunities leading to the purchase of Captivate Networks.
Warren is a former member of the iab Board of Directors, the Trustworthy Accountability Group (TAG) Executive Committee and the FreeWheel Premium Video Council.
When he’s not solving the world’s problems Warren’s driving baseline winners on the Tennis court, shredding the groomers East and West, and mentoring young industry newcomers.
Chief Revenue Officer
John is a senior sales leader with a proven successful career in the media industry - skilled in digital advertising, programmatic sales and strategy, content creation, strategic planning, sales management and driving overall revenue. He’s an active and engaging speaker who has shared media and advertising knowledge at events for Digiday, 614 Group, MediaPost, ANA, and CDO Summit.
As Chief Revenue Officer John is a member of the Executive Team and oversees all revenue streams for Unique. Prior to Unique he was the VP of Sales for Reuters leading both direct and programmatic revenue streams in addition to content marketing via Reuters Plus. John was recruited from The Financial Times where he was the Director of B-to-B and Agency Sales. His media career began at Thomson Reuters (later sold to SourceMedia) where he spent nine years working on various titles, finishing as Publishing Director for the Capital Markets Group.
John resides in Essex Fells, New Jersey with his wife Collene and two children, Riley and Jack.
Chief Financial Officer
Adam Brothers is the co-founder and CFO at Unique.
He previously co-founded 614 Group, a leading digital advertising consultancy, and Cold Creek Technologies, the developer of a quantitative marketing platform for sophisticated marketers and prominent data aggregators who rely on granular, data-driven insights to plan and manage the performance of their marketing campaigns. He is also a finance and strategy advisor to Corestream Inc. and Openbox LLC.
Adam has extensive experience in M&A advisory and management consulting, including providing operational and strategic advisory services to media, technology and professional services firms.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.
Advisor Product Strategy
Saqib Mausoof is a digital marketer with expertise in media planning, data strategy, and platform monetization. He is a consummate professional and has 20+ years of experience in building global marketing teams with diverse talent and commercial acumen.
As Chief Data Strategist at IPG Mediabrands, Saqib was responsible for data products for IPG Mediabrands’ portfolio of agencies and clients and oversaw the organization’s global data practice of 250+ people. In 2019 Saqib started Brand Ex Machina, a data consultancy to help brands like NBCU Peacock navigate the ad tech thicket. He also serves as a senior advisor for McKinsey&Co and helps media technology companies like Liveramp, InMobi, and Panoramic on platform positioning and value proposition for brands.
Advisor Technical Architecture
Dimitri Vaynblat is a successful entrepreneur and acknowledged expert in the field of data science, AI, big data technologies, and product development, with 20 years of experience in designing and delivering highly scalable complex systems as well as building and leading large high-performance engineering and product organizations.
Dimitri co-founded and held CTO and VP of Products positions with innovative digital marketing and advertising technology companies, such as RadiumOne, RedAril, and NebuAd. He is currently principal at Steppechange, a data science-focused software house.
Dimitri has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from MIT and He has filed multiple patents in software design around social graphs, identity linkages, and hi-frequency transactional processing.
Managing Director, Ad Operations
Ron is a 25-year plus veteran of digital and print advertising, advertising operations and publisher relations having worked in the Agency, Network and Publisher space. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Ad Operations for Unique.
Prior to joining Unique, Ron worked for 24/7 Media where he helped to create the foundation and build the teams for both the Media Innovation Group as well as, what eventually became, Xaxis. While at 24/7 Ron was responsible for all North American Ad Operations which included managing the teams responsible for Publisher Relations, Media Strategy, Account Management, Campaign Management, and built out the programmatic team handling all margins and analytics.
When Xaxis was integrated into GroupM he managed rate negotiations with premium partners across all GroupM agencies, as well as helping develop the company’s strategy on Viewability. Ron worked very closely with all the agencies within GroupM, as well as Xaxis, on campaign performance and issues as well to ensure client satisfaction and publisher revenue.
Ron has a comprehensive background in building out new teams and improving existing teams to make them more efficient and effective. He has developed many young talented employees into the future and current leaders in the space.
Over his career Ron has worked on technical projects in order to onboard, integrate and optimize the business and technical uses for the following systems: Salesforce, DFP, Moat, Integral Ad Science, Doubleverify, AppNexus Publisher AdServer (formerly Open AdStream), AppNexus SSP, 33Across, PulsePoint, and Basis.
Vice President, Ad Operations
Sharone McGovern is Vice President of Ad Operations for Unique. She is a seasoned operational and business development professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the digital advertising space.
Most recently, Sharone served as Sr. Director of Publisher Services for 614 Group, where she managed outsourced ad operations for numbers top-tier publisher clients. Prior to her role with 614 Group, Sharone consulted for Uber Media following a successful tenure with CPXi, where she led operations and business development for their west coast office. She created and enhanced operational workflows and new optimization techniques which ultimately lead to significant value growth. She was vital in launching CPXi’s mobile and video networks. Sharone has a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.
Robert Rasko is a founding partner of Unique, and the founder and CEO of the 614 Group.
The 614 Group is the holding company for Unique, and serves the market as a leading provider of strategic and tactical counsel on issues of digital advertising infrastructure and opportunities for growth. Rob’s thought leadership has been featured in AdAge, AdWeek, MediaPost, AdExchanger, Business Insider and MyersBizNet.
While at The 614 Group, he has led strategic engagements with media companies such as BBC, AMC, Conde Nast, The Financial Times, Univision and other top-tier digital media publishers. He has extensive experience in digital media and is a distinguished leader in the Ad Tech industry. Robert has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
